Telos Life is a brand operated by Telos Life Limited. These Terms & Policies govern your use of teloslife.co.uk and your purchase of products from Telos Life.

Refund & Replacement

Due to the nature of our Research Use Only products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering errors or dissatisfaction.

Refunds, replacements or other remedies will only be considered where:

* an incorrect item has been supplied by Telos Life®
* an item arrives materially damaged during transit
* Telos Life® determines that there has been a fulfilment or quality control error.

Telos Life® reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy on a case-by-case basis, including replacement, store credit or a refund where legally required.

Our Guarantees

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving cleared payment.

Where applicable, Telos Life® may provide batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and technical specifications for research reference purposes.

All products supplied by Telos Life® are sold strictly as Research Use Only materials and are not intended for human or veterinary use. No statements made on this website should be construed as medical, therapeutic or performance claims.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Telos Life® are supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro scientific research purposes only. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use and must not be used for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of any disease or medical condition, nor for any therapeutic, clinical, cosmetic, personal or other unauthorised application.

By creating an account or placing an order, purchasers acknowledge and agree that they are acquiring products solely for lawful laboratory and scientific research purposes and will not use, or permit the use of, such products for any prohibited purpose.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase from Telos Life®. By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

* you are purchasing products solely for lawful laboratory and scientific research purposes
* you will not use, or permit the use of, any product for human or veterinary use or for any other prohibited purpose
* all information you provide is accurate, complete and current.

Order Review, Shipping Restrictions, and Signature Requirement

Telos Life® may screen and reject orders associated with pharmacies, med spas, weight-loss clinics, TRT clinics, gyms, dormitories, or other high-risk destinations or use cases inconsistent with lawful research use. An adult signature confirming age 18+ is required on all orders. Telos Life® reserves the right to request additional documentation before shipment and to cancel or refund orders that fail review.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as necessary to process orders and operate our business.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

*the misuse of any product
* any violation of applicable law
* any unauthorised or prohibited use of a product, including any human or veterinary use
* any false, misleading or inaccurate information provided by you in connection with your account or purchase.

This indemnity shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

SMS Program Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Telos Life® (a brand of Telos Life LTD), you agree to the following.

Program: Telos Life® SMS Program — transactional text messages limited to account verification, order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, and customer service replies.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive approximately 4–8 messages per month, depending on your activity with us.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-In: You may opt in to receive transactional SMS communications relating to account verification, order processing, shipping, delivery, and customer service. Telos Life® does not use SMS to provide dosing advice, protocol guidance, or personal-use product recommendations.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from the program. To rejoin, opt in again using any of the methods above.
